Returns & Exchanges

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

If, for any reason you are unhappy with your new purchase, Urban Gypsy is happy to offer you an exchange or store credit provided that the items are undamaged and in their original condition. To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must not be worn, washed or altered and must have their original tags and packaging intact. 

We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping service for your returns as we are unable to process returns or exchanges for lost packages. Once received, your items will undergo a quality review and if cleared you will either receive a store credit (for returns) or your new item/s (for exchanges).

Store credits will be issued via email and will be valid for 3 months upon date of issue and are strictly non-refundable or extensible. 

All sale item purchases are final. We do not accept returns, or provide exchanges for sale items (unless goods are deemed faulty.)

Shipping charges will not be refunded for returns or exchanges. 

Please get in touch with us at theurbangypsyco@gmail.com with your return or exchange request within 7 business days of receiving your order. Requests outside the specified time period will not be accepted. All returns will have to be sent back within 14 business days of receiving your order.

EXCHANGES 

Please note that all exchanges are final, i.e. exchanged items cannot be further returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Exchanges will be resent at the cost of the customer. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

We are so sorry if you have received a faulty item. In order to arrange a refund or an exchange, please contact us at theurbangypsyco@gmail.com

Postage costs will be reimbursed accordingly for faulty items only. All refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
