ORDERS

Orders will be processed within 2-5 working days. Unfortunately we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you have made an error in your delivery information or would like to make any changes to your order please email us at theurbangypsyco@gmail.com right away. We will try our very best to update any requests. 

PAYMENT

We currently only accept payment from major credit cards or Paypal.

All payments via Credit Cards are processed through our secure Shopify server.

 

SHIPPING

We ship WORLDWIDE!

WITHIN SINGAPORE

  • Local Tracked Shipping - $6 flat rate // Free for orders above $150
    Once your order has been processed, delivery to your doorstep will be made by Singapore Post. Track your delivery via Track Items or SingPost mobile app. 
*Please allow 2-3 working days for your package to arrive. Please note that if no one is home, your package may be deposited into the letterbox instead.

      REST OF THE WORLD

      • Standard Shipping - $25 flat rate // Free for orders above $250
      All orders sent via our standard shipping can be traced via Singpost's website here. Delivery times will vary depending on individual countries.

       

      • Bulky Shipping (Hats) - $25 flat rate

      DUTIES & TAXES

      International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges.

      All sales tax, duty and/or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order.
